We had an excellent experience thanks to Marissa, the receptionist. She was very helpful, attentive, and professional at all times. She assisted us with every detail during our stay, always with a smile and a great attitude. She truly made a difference in our visit!
The room was comfortable and well laid out. The only problem I had was the bathroom was out of date. I booked a mobility handicap room. The bathtub hand grab bars but the tub had a high step to get into. It was difficult to get in and out. Also there was no shower wand. Other than that I had no complaints.
Me and my family have been here for some time now. An, let me say that the staff here as been the same amazing outgoing helpful people as they were when we first got here!! It's a very clean and spacious hotel. An it accommodates my entire family. Adults, teens, kids, and babies!! We are very comfortable here. If you are looking for a respectable area with helpful service's and comfort for the whole family THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! Ask for Mr. Chris or Mrs. Elain and they will get you and/or your family right. After Bad Experience at Neighboring Property, Kia, Chris, Jerelle, and Mrs.Elain have been those Beacons of Rescue on the Hill. The Gleaming Jewel atop the Lighthouse is Mrs.Elain. Very Protective and Eager to Help and Inspire You, and Upbuild you. Mrs.Elain is Always walking the property to address Various issues. She Came to ALERT me, knocking at my Door when She noticed I had left My Rear Hatch open too Long, with goods still in rear of SUV. So Glad and At Peace being here at this property. Main area Underneath a Beautiful Tree Canopy. Its very Tranquil & Quiet here. Yes there are So Many Other Places to stay, I'm Happy I'm Staying Here. Addendum: Since leaving Extended Stay Hotel Gainesville, I can confidently still say that I FULLY support my first initial Review above of this Property and the Remarkable Staff that made my stay enjoyable. I booked last minute on a Thursday and still received the best rate in the area! Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and smooth. I contacted the front desk literally an hour before check out to request an extra hour and Chris at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and gave me an extra hour free of charge! I will definitely be back. Thank you staff for an excellent stay!
